Did you know that falls are the most common reason for admittances to long term nursing care? Did you know that 85% of falls are avoidable? This seminar will help you to identify why you feel off balance and how to strengthen and improve your balance!

How a great exercise routine could be better than the next new medicine…

Did you know the average person walks about 6,000 steps per day and stand for about 9 hours a day? If you’re mostly sedentary it is crucial that you are getting access to accessible workout routines that are customized to you. A good exercise routine can help improve heart health, muscular strength, bone density, blood circulation, and mental health. And if you have a Neurological Condition that could mean you need exercise MORE than the average person!

The secrets to avoiding burnout, making your back last 100 years, and helping your loved one maintain independence!

A caregiver is one of the hardest roles ever. It can be lonely, hard, depressing, and incredibly rewarding! In this session, we will share some of the ways you can take care of yourself while taking care of someone else too. Also, you won’t want to miss the secrets to having a back that lasts 100 years with our transfer training session!
