Meet The Westminster Staff

Erica Bechtol

Doctor of Physical Therapy & Maryland Regional Director

Education: Doctorate (University of Maryland — Baltimore)
Certifications: MS, LSVT BIG.
Bio: Erica has been with TheraFit Rehab since 2017 and has 10-plus years of experience working with the neurological patient population. Prior to TheraFit, Erica was working in a neurological intensive care unit with patients with various acute neurological injuries. Erica has undergone increased training and education about multiple sclerosis and is a Certified MS Clinical Specialist. She also is LSVT BIG certified and enjoys working with patients with various movement disorders. In her free time she enjoys competing in triathlons, traveling to remote places in the world, and hiking with her dog, Roger.

Rachel Craig

Rachel Craig

Doctor of Physical Therapy and Clinic Director

Education: Doctorate (University of Maryland — Baltimore)
Certifications: Medically complex, TBI, CVA, Parkinson’s disease, amputee.
Bio: Rachel graduated from University of Maryland — Baltimore with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2019. She began her career at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C., where she specialized in ICU level and cardiac physical therapy. In 2021, Rachel transitioned to home health in Anne Arundel County before joining the TheraFit Rehab team in Westminster in 2022. Rachel enjoys working with patients with all types of neurologic conditions and those with a medically complex histories. She loves to figure out different ways to challenge her patients in therapy. Rachel spends her free time playing with her son and spending time with her husband, as well as training for long-distance running races.

Hannah Buckley

Hannah Buckley

Speech-Language Pathologist

Education: Master’s (Loyola University Maryland)
Certifications: Feed the Peds’ pediatric feeding assessments, The Lactation OT’s The SLP’s Role in Breastfeeding, writing goals to foster autistic identity.
Bio: Hannah returned to TheraFit Rehab at the start of 2024 after spending over a year exploring speech-language pathology in the educational system. She has interests in gestalt language processors, pediatric executive function, pediatric feeding, and that very tricky ‘R’ sound! Outside of work, Hannah loves to show the world to her 8-year-old daughter, and she keeps three horses for pleasure.

Brooke Turner

Occupational Therapist

Education: Master’s (Towson University)
Certifications: Stroke, Parkinson’s, brain injury.
Bio: Brooke joined TheraFit Rehab in the summer of 2020. She earned her master’s degree in occupational therapy at Towson University in 2019 and then began working in sub-acute rehab both in hospital and continuing-care settings. Brooke joined TheraFit due to a passion for neuro and diversity. Here, her favorite areas of practice include stroke rehab, Parkinson’s and essential tremor management, brain injury, and splinting. In her free time, she helps to lead a faith-based young adult group, is involved with her church community, and enjoys playing the piano, singing, running, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.

Michelle Biondo

Physical Therapist Assistant

Education: Associate’s (Carroll Community College)
Certifications: IASTM Practitioner.
Bio: Michelle joined the Westminster TheraFit Rehab location in the spring of 2022. She graduated from the Carroll Community College PTA program in December of 2013 and has worked in outpatient, skilled nursing facilities, home health, and pediatrics. Michelle loves to treat all ages from infants to seniors, and enjoys connecting with patients to achieve their own personal goals set for therapy. On her personal time Michelle enjoys being creative and spending time with her two boys and husband.

Kerianna Krehbiel

Kerianna Krehbiel

Speech-Language Pathologist

Education: Master’s (University of Maryland)
Certifications: LSVT LOUD for Parkinson’s, swallow imaging, biofeedback.
Bio: Kerianna joined the TheraFit Rehab team in May 2023. She previously worked all over the country in a wide variety of settings, including acute-care hospitals, sub-acute and acute rehabilitation, outpatient, and schools. She has specialized training in swallow imaging, biofeedback, and LSVT Loud for Parkinson’s Voice. Kerianna graduated from Maryland with her master’s degree in 2018. She loves seeing a wide variety of patients and diagnoses. Outside of work, Kerianna loves traveling, playing board games, and spending time with her husband and little son.

Amy Bankard

Amy Bankard

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Education: Doctorate (University of Maryland — Baltimore), Bachelor’s (Quinnipiac University).
Certifications: Complex neurologic and orthopedic, SCI, TBI, and pediatrics.
Bio: Amy joined TheraFit Rehab in June 2022. She gained prior experience working with clients with complex neurologic and orthopedic conditions through her work at the University of Maryland Medical Center, Shock Trauma Center, and University of Maryland Rehabilitation and Orthopedic Institute (formerly known as Kernan Hospital) on the spinal cord injury, multi-trauma, and complex medical rehab units. She also worked at SpiritTrust Lutheran Home Care. Amy enjoys working with patients with complex neurologic and orthopedic conditions and with pediatric patients of all ages.

Alyson Brown

Alyson Brown

Physical Therapist

Education: Master’s (Penn State University), Bachelor’s (University of St. Augustine)
Certifications: LSVT BIG, geriatric population, orthopedic injuries, joint replacement rehab.
Bio: Alyson’s physical therapy career started in a hospital setting, later managing rehab clinics around the area. She has 20-plus years experience treating local geriatric outpatients before joining TheraFit Rehab. While at TheraFit, she seeks growth and challenge as a PT providing care with her personal touch. Her connection to her patients helps generate comfort and encouragement through the rehab process, aligning with TheraFit’s goal of excellent care through a patient-centric approach. When not engaged with patients, Alyson loves to spend time outdoors engaged in lake activities at her home in the Poconos with family and her standard poodle, Hank.

Jeanna Rider

Jeanna Rider

Occupational Therapist Assistant

Education: Associate’s (Central Penn College)
Certifications: National Registered EMT, pediatrics and behaviors, sensory integration, emotional regulation/expression with pediatrics, sports medicine, food aversions, neurological, cupping, Kinesiology tape.
Bio: Jeanna started at TheraFit Rehab Westminster in December 2021. She graduated from Central Penn College with an associate’s degree in occupational therapy in 2017, along with joining the Air National Guard and becoming a Medic. She’s traveled all over the United States, working in many different states as a COTA with a focus in geriatrics and home health. Jeanna loves to learn new medical information and try new medical techniques. She loved working with pediatrics prior to college and was so happy to return to pediatrics at TheraFit. In her spare time, Jeanna enjoys physical fitness, trying new coffee shops, hiking, and hanging with her husband and her cane, Corso.

Jen Stavrakis

Jen Stavrakis

Education: Master’s (Towson University)
Certifications: Modalities certified. Pediatrics: HWT and alert program/zones of regulation, play-based therapy, developmental milestones, torticollis, Autism, sensory processing and behaviors, executive functioning, FM skills, visual impairments/CVI, stroke, brain injury, general UE ortho.
Bio: Jen is an occupational therapist who joined TheraFit Rehab in December 2020, and she has enjoyed treating the lifespan and offering one-on-one sessions. She graduated from Towson University with a MS in OT in 2012. Jen began in skilled nursing then transitioned to school-based OT and then to the outpatient world. Jen also has a bacherlor’s in psychology from the University of Maryland, graduating from there in 2007. She has a passion for the pediatric population, especially those with Autism, ADHD, torticollis, and FM needs. Jen initially was interested in becoming a hand therapist, but she fell in love with the neurological population. In her spare time, she loves doing community theater, traveling, cooking, crafting, and hanging out with her family.

Education: Associate’s (Carroll Community College)
Certifications: LSVT BIG, pediatrics, torticollis, post-amputation rehabilitation, neurological disorders.
Bio: Ariel received her PTA degree from Carroll Community College in 2016. She joined the TheraFit Rehab Westminster team in January 2024 with the goal of working with like-minded and compassionate clinicians. Ariel enjoys treating patients with various neurological disorders and orthopedic diagnoses, but holds special interests in pediatrics, torticollis, neurological rehabilitation, and Parkinson’s disease, for which she is certified in LSVT BIG. When Ariel is not working she enjoys reading, cooking and baking, and exercise, but what she loves most of all is spending time with her husband, daughter, and their black lab.

Lisa Bryan

Physical Therapist Assistant

Education: Associate’s (Carroll Community College)
Certifications: Neuro PT.
Bio: Lisa started at TheraFit Rehab as a physical therapist assistant in February 2023. She graduated from Carroll Community College with her associate’s degree and passed licensing boards immediately afterward. Lisa always had an interest in being involved with the neurological community. Her personal time is spent with her husband and enjoying outdoor activities. She owns and shows Paint Horses and has been riding since she was a child.

Noah Della

Noah Della

Fitness Therapist

Education: Carroll Community College
Certifications: Personal trainer, exercise therapist, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions.
Bio: Noah started at TheraFit Rehab in January 2021. He is currently enrolled at Carroll Community College and is working on his general studies to apply for the physical therapist assistant program. He is a certified personal trainer and specialist of exercise therapy through the ISSA. He is also a certified RockSteady Boxing coach. Noah was enlisted in the U.S. Army as a mortarman and lived in Germany for three years. After his initial contract, he continued his service for an additional three years in the Pennsylvania National Guard. He is an avid animal lover and enjoys playing with his cat, Luna, in his spare time. A few of his other hobbies include petsitting, hiking, video games, and spending time with friends.

Allie Miller

Occupational Therapist Assistant

Education: Associate’s (Central Penn College)
Certifications: Pediatrics, geriatrics, neurological conditions.
Bio: Allie joined the TheraFit Rehab Westminster team as PRN in December 2022 and moved to full-time status in April 2023. She graduated from Central Penn College in 2018. As a certified occupational therapist assistant, Allie enjoys treating clients of all ages. She has previous experience in a skilled nursing facility setting. Allie has been working with pediatrics for a year now and has grown a passion for sensory needs and processing. She also really enjoys connecting with her clients to find just the right challenge. In her spare time, Allie she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new places outdoors with her dog.

Physical Therapist Assistant

Education: Associate’s (Carroll Community College)
Certifications: Pediatrics, neurological disorders, orthopedics, sports injuries.
Bio: Madison joined TheraFit Rehab as an employee in December 2023, but she previously served as a physical therapy clinical intern in 2019. She graduated from Carroll Community College in December 2019 with her PTA degree. Madison enjoys treating patients of all ages and backgrounds, pediatrics through geriatrics. Before her time at TheraFit, she worked at a skilled nursing facility and a hospital network outpatient facility, treating patients with a wide variety of neurological and orthopedic conditions. While not at work, Madison enjoys spending time with her husband and dog and sewing products for her Etsy shop.

Front Desk Receptionist

Bio: Delainey started at TheraFit Rehab in May 2023. She graduated from York College of Pennsylvania in the spring of 2024 with bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration.
