About the Team
The TheraFit Rehab team of Middletown, New Jersey, is very active and loves making a difference in people’s lives. Our facility has a fun and engaging atmosphere and a close-knit group of providers.
We love working together and with our patients to help them achieve their goals. Some of our favorite things to do outside of work include hiking, supporting community events, running races to benefit local charities, and traveling!
Meet The Middletown Staff

Sarah Miltner
Education: Master’s (Seton Hall University)
Certifications: Brain injury, NDT 1, 2. PNF 1, 2. CVA, visual remediation, cognitive remediation, neuro re-education.
Bio: Sarah is a certified brain injury specialist, working as an occupational therapist with individuals affected by neurological conditions for more than 10 years. She worked full time for the JFK Center for Head Injuries and in early intervention for eight years prior to starting TheraFit Rehab’s New Jersey operations. Sarah is the mother of one son and loves to stay in shape, spend time outside, and hang out with her family and friends, all while helping to run the business and continue her treatments as an OT.

Trish Villany
Education: Doctorate (Duke University)
Certifications: Brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke. LSVT and PWR. NDT 1, 2, 3. PNF 1, 2.
Bio: Trish started at TheraFit Rehab in Middletown with Sarah in 2017. She received her doctorate in physical therapy from Duke in 2010. She has spent the last 10-plus years working with individuals with neurological conditions across the continuum, including acute care, inpatient rehab, and outpatient care with specialties in spinal cord injury and brain injury. Trish has two small children and enjoys spending her free time with her family and watching or playing sports.

Stephanie Salvatore

Ann Marie Huszar
Education: Master’s (Kean University)
Certifications: McNeill Dysphagia Therapy (MDTP), SPEAK OUT & LOUD, Crowd Training.
Bio: Ann Marie joined TheraFit Rehab in June 2020. She has more than 13 years of experience working with the adult population, such as those with Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, traumatic brain injury, stroke and multiple sclerosis. She previously worked at JFK Center for Head Injuries for eight years and in other settings such as outpatient and skilled nursing facilities. Ann Marie also is a clinic supervisor at a local university.

Emily Cilla
Education: Doctorate (Touro University)
Certifications: CVA, MS, Parkinson’s, brain injury, stroke, autism. Rock tape certification, Adaptive & Inclusive Fitness Trainer (AIT), Fall prevention specialist (CFPS).
Bio: Emily has been with TheraFit Rehab since 2019. She began her career in inpatient rehab and has experience in skilled nursing, outpatient orthopedics and home health. She loves working at TheraFit and is so thankful to have such amazing coworkers and to work with such wide variety of patients. Emily spends each day trying to come up with new ways to impact her patients lives for the better. In her spare time, she coaches and trains in CrossFit. She loves to travel, work on home projects, and spend time with her wife and dogs!

Jess Veneziano

Ciara Lennon
Education: Associate’s (Brookdale College)
Certifications: Medical assistant, personal training, exercise therapy
Bio: Ciara joined TheraFit Rehab in March 2021 as the receptionist, and she has since become a certified fitness therapist. She sees clients for fitness therapy. Ciara loves interacting with all of our patients and working with an amazing team. In her free time, she likes spending time and traveling with her boyfriend, son, and puppy, Cash.
