Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you come on board with a therapy plan of care, attending all of your prescribed therapy sessions is the single best thing you can do to maximize the prospects of your recovery and improved health. Consistent attendance also justifies your need for therapy to health insurance companies. Repeated cancellations or no-shows will hinder your care and may result in discharge or in loss of coverage for future services.

Our therapists’ services remain in high demand, and they have reserved your appointment slot to provide care for you. If you cannot attend a scheduled session, please call and speak to the receptionist or therapist at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Failure to give 24 hours’ notice or simply not showing up for a scheduled session will result in a $50 fee. You are responsible for that, not the insurance company or third-party payer.

There is no fee if you reschedule an appointment for later in the same week or the following week, provided you do not already have a scheduled session on the day selected. Thank you for your understanding.
